  1. Nemuri Pte. Ltd. (“Nemuri,” the “Company”) offers a range of sleep products, including but not limited to The Nemuri™ Pillow, pillow cases, and associated sleep accessories (collectively, “Products”).
  2. Any information provided by Nemuri regarding its Products is for informational purposes only. Nemuri expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Users (“you” or “your”) rely on information about Nemuri Products and use the Products at your own risk.
  3. This disclaimer applies to all Nemuri Products including The Nemuri™ Pillow and related accessories. By purchasing or using Nemuri Products, you accept all risks associated with their use and agree that Nemuri directors, agents, staff, employees, and affiliates hold no responsibility for any adverse effects, injuries, or issues arising in connection with the Products.
  4. This disclaimer supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to representations made by Nemuri on its Products.
  5. Without prejudice to the generality of the terms in these clauses, you are advised to consult a healthcare professional prior to using The Nemuri™ Pillow if you have existing medical or musculoskeletal conditions. Use of the Product does not substitute for medical advice, therapy, or treatment.
  6. We supply Nemuri Products with instructions for proper use and care. Please follow all instructions, as not doing so could result in reduced product efficacy or possible discomfort, the consequences of which Nemuri disclaims liability.
  7. Individual sleep experiences and results may vary depending on physiology, health conditions, and habits. Nemuri does not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements in sleep quality, or pain relief resulting from Product use.
  8. If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or adverse reaction when using Nemuri Products, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified professional.
  9. You acknowledge and agree that:

    (a) You are responsible for determining your compatibility with Nemuri Products,

    (b) You choose to purchase and use Nemuri Products at your own risk,

    (c) You will use Nemuri Products in accordance with all instructions provided,

    (d) You will not tamper with or misuse Nemuri Products,

    (e) Nemuri Products are not medical devices or a substitute for medical care,

    (f) Nemuri directors, agents, staff, employees, and affiliates are not medical professionals and you do not hold them to medical standards,

    (g) You are over 18 years of age; if supplying Nemuri Products to a minor, you will supervise their use,

    (h) If a Product causes irritation or contact issues, you will seek medical assistance,

    (i) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nemuri and its affiliates from any claim or demand related to misuse or mishandling of Products,

    (j) Singapore law shall govern any dispute and exclusive jurisdiction resides with the courts of Singapore. Nemuri’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Product,

    (k) You have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer in full before purchasing Nemuri Products.
