We believe your body needs time to adjust to a new pillow and experience the difference proper support can make.
That’s why every eligible Nemuri Pillow purchase comes with our 30-Night Sleep Trial, starting from the day your order is delivered.
We ask that you sleep on your Nemuri Pillow for at least 14 nights before deciding if it’s right for you. This gives your body time to adjust to the support and feel of our CloudCore™️ Technology.
If, after 14 nights, you decide Nemuri isn’t the right fit for you, you may request a return anytime from Night 14 to Night 30.
How The 30-Night Sleep Trial Works?
1. Sleep on your Nemuri Pillow for at least 14 nights
Your trial begins on the day your pillow is delivered. We require a minimum 14-night adjustment period before a Sleep Trial return can be requested.
2. Give your body time to adjust
Switching from a traditional or memory foam pillow can feel different at first. Your body may need time to get accustomed to a new level of neck and spinal support, which is why we encourage you to complete the full 14-night adjustment period.
3. Still not the right fit? Let us know.
After completing at least 14 nights, contact our customer support team through by emailing us at contact@nemurisleep.com before the end of your 30-night trial with your order number to initiate a return.
4. Return your Nemuri Pillow
Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide you with the return instructions. We will collect the pillow right at your doorstep.
5. Receive your refund
Once your eligible return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less the value of any non-returnable Gift With Purchase included with your order.

Your Gifts Are Yours To Keep
Any complimentary Gift With Purchase received with your Nemuri Pillow is yours to keep and does not need to be returned.
As these complimentary gifts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, their value will be deducted from your refund.
One-Pillow Purchase
If your purchase included:
- 1 × BotaniSilk™️ Pillowcase — valued at S$37.90
You may keep the pillowcase, and S$37.90 will be deducted from your refund.
Two-Pillow Purchase
If your purchase included:
- 2 × BotaniSilk™️ Pillowcases — valued at S$75.80
- 1 × Purple Mist Slumber — valued at S$53.90
The total gift value is S$129.70. However, the deduction under our Sleep Trial is capped at S$80.
You may keep all three gifts, and a maximum of S$80 will be deducted from your refund.

What’s Covered Under The Nemuri Sleep Trial?
The 30-Night Sleep Trial applies to eligible Nemuri Pillow purchases made directly through the official Nemuri website.
To qualify for a return:
• You must have tried the Nemuri™ Pillow for a minimum of 14 nights from the date of delivery.
• Return requests may be submitted from Night 14 up to and including Night 30 of your Sleep Trial.
• The return must be requested by the original purchaser.
• The pillow must not have been intentionally damaged, misused, excessively soiled, stained, torn, or otherwise handled beyond normal use during the trial.
• Proof of purchase or a valid Nemuri order number must be provided.
• The Sleep Trial is limited to one return request per household/address.
Manufacturing defects are handled separately under our warranty policy and do not require completion of the 14-night adjustment period.

Refunds Under The Sleep Trial
Once your eligible return has been received and approved, we will refund the amount paid for the returned Nemuri™ Pillow(s), less the applicable Gift With Purchase deduction.
For a One-Pillow purchase:
Gift deduction: S$37.90
For a Two-Pillow purchase:
Gift deduction: Maximum S$80
Your complimentary gifts remain yours to keep.
Original shipping charges, expedited delivery charges, and other non-product charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Once you’ve completed at least 14 nights with your Nemuri Pillow, you can contact our customer support team anytime before the end of Night 30.
Please include:
• Your full name
• Your Nemuri order number
• The reason for your return

That’s why we ask you to give Nemuri at least 14 nights before making your decision.
Take the time to sleep on it properly, experience the support in your own bed, and allow your body to adjust.
If it’s still not right for you after 14 nights, you have until the end of your 30-Night Sleep Trial to let us know.
