Refund Policy

1. What is our 30-day return policy for Nemuri products?
At Nemuri, we are committed to your comfort and satisfaction with The Nemuri™ Pillow, a premium sleep experience.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will be delighted to process a return for you. Please note that all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The product(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Documentation proof of purchase is required.
  • For The Nemuri™ Pillow, the original fabric sleeve cover and bamboo pillowcase must also be included in the return.

We kindly request that all items are returned in their original packaging to facilitate the refund process. Additionally, to avoid damage during transit, please ensure proper packaging when returning items.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at contact@nemurisleep.com or utilize the live chat feature on our website.
When reaching out, include photos of the unsatisfactory item(s) for our reference. Our team will guide you through the exchange or return procedures.


3. Processing Fee for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will incur a flat-rate processing fee of $30 per The Nemuri™ Pillow.
This fee covers the administrative, processing, and logistical costs associated with handling your return or exchange.
Please note that shipping charges are excluded. For a refund to be valid, customers must ship their item(s) back to us in good condition.


4. Refund Process
Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, your refund will be processed within 10 to 14 business days.
You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated. The full refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within three to five business days from the initiation date.
Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery receipt may be subject to refusal.


5. International Orders
Our return policy applies to international orders; however, we do not cover return shipping costs for international shipments and will not reimburse any international return shipping charges.


6. International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in their destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
