Nemuri One-Year Warranty

Your Nemuri™ Pillow is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:

• Abnormal loss of shape or structural integrity under normal use
  
• Splitting, cracking or tearing of the pillow material not caused by misuse
  
• Defects in workmanship or materials present under normal usage
  
• Faulty components or construction that affect the pillow's intended function
  

The warranty should not cover normal softening or wear over time, stains/discolouration, accidental damage, improper washing/care, damage caused by pets, cuts/tears caused by external objects, or simply finding the pillow uncomfortable.
